Where do you source your products?

Our products are taken straight off the shelves from our pharmacy here in south-west France.

Unlike other "French" cosmetic resellers based in the US or other European countries like the UK, Italy or Romania, we are actually located in France so we sell only recently manufactured stock.

That means you get the freshest products and not old stock that's been sitting on some reseller's shelf for who knows how long.

So if you're going to invest in some skincare all the way from France, you'd want it to last at least more than a couple of months after purchasing it, right? ;-)

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept payments by Stripe (Visa or MasterCard).

Are transactions secure?

Yes. Our website uses Stripe, a secure payment system developed by the ICC to secure your payments online. All payment pages are secure and what's more, the data you enter on the site are immediately encrypted and sent directly to the website of the bank, they do not pass through the servers on BigCartel. We also use the SSL certificate to ensure better security for all users.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Here's our average order processing and delivery time line:

Order placed; 1-2 processing days; Express international shipping from France (7-14 business days depending on your location).

Total time to arrival: 8-16 working days.

How do I return a product?

Due to health and hygiene reasons, sold items cannot be returned for refunds.

Will I be charged import duties/taxes?

In most cases no, but we do urge you to check the custom policies for international parcels arriving in your country before placing an order.

We have no control over these charges and can’t tell you how much you may be charged as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Therefore, we highly suggest that you to contact your local customs office for the latest charges before ordering on our website.
